1. Về thời gian thi vòng trường và các vòng khác
BTC cấp trường có thể lựa chọn tổ chức thi cấp trường vòng 15 một trong hai quãng thời gian sau đây :
1) Từ 9h00` ngày 25/12/2010 đến 16h30` ngày 28/12/2010.
2) Từ 9h00` ngày 4/1/2011 đến 16h30` ngày 8/1/2011.
Các trường có thể tổ chức thi nhiều đợt để nhiều học sinh được tham gia dự thi, tuy nhiên mỗi đợt thi phải dùng mã số thi riêng. Mã số thi cấp trường chỉ dùng duy nhất cho một đợt, ngay sau khi thi cần khóa ngay mã (đây là điều khác với kỳ thi ViOlympic Toán). Đề nghị BTC cấp trường đọc kỹ Hướng dẫn tổ chức thi cấp trường vòng 15 để thực hiện.
Học sinh không tham gia thi cấp trường (do trường không tổ chức) vẫn có thể luyện tập môn tiếng Anh bằng cách thi tự do một cách bình thường, không cần nhập mã số dự thi.
Các thông tin chỉ đạo cuộc thi IOE sẽ được cập nhật trên www.ioe.vn thường xuyên, đề nghị BTC các cấp theo dõi để thực hiện đúng, kịp thời.
Lưu ý: Các em phải hoàn thành vòng 14 trước ngày 22/12
